Salted Caramel Pudding

Built on an almond shortbread tart base, it layers salted caramel custard, a chewy mochi centre, and creamy flan pudding. Finished with fresh cream, crunchy Biscoff crumbs, and a candied hazelnut, it’s a flavour and texture combination fans can’t get enough of.
