All Auckland deliveries are carried out in-house by the Fankery team.
You’ll receive a text and/or email on the day of your selected delivery to confirm it’s on the way.
If you have a preferred delivery time, please leave a note at checkout or email hello@fankery.com - we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
If no one is home to receive the order, please let us know a safe place to leave it. If no instructions are provided, our team will choose the most secure spot available.
Delivery Disclaimer
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the provided address and in accordance with delivery instructions (including leaving at the door or safe place), responsibility for the order is transferred to the customer.
Fankery is not liable for any damage, loss, contamination, or environmental exposure (including but not limited to weather, heat, insects, or theft) after delivery has been completed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery. If delivery instructions specify that the order can be left unattended, this is done at the customer’s own risk.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are not received promptly after delivery.
Perishable Goods Notice
All Fankery products are perishable and require proper storage. We recommend immediate refrigeration upon delivery. Failure to do so may affect product quality and safety.
