Strawberry Earl Grey

Tart strawberries mixed with fragrant earl grey tea, its an unexpected pairing that is a pleasant surprise! Built on an almond tart shell base, it layers grey custard, milk mochi, housemade strawberry compote, strawberry fresh cream, topped with freeze dried strawberries and white chocolate pearls.
