Using our house-roasted pistachio butter, this tart is a pistachio lover’s dream!
It starts with an almond shortbread tart base, layered with crispy roasted pistachio butter kunafe, a chewy mochi centre, and another layer of pistachio butter. Finally, it’s topped with pistachio fresh cream and coated in roasted pistachio bits for the perfect blend of creamy, chewy, and crispy textures.
