Starting from the base, we have two layers of matcha chiffon, filled with an matcha cream and fresh mango. At the center, you’ll find a layer of mango compote jam with chewy mochi. The top half of the cake is made of 15 delicate layers of crepes, layered with mango cream and more fresh fruit. Each bite delivers a perfect balance of soft and creamy textures, juicy citrus notes, and chewy mochi—bringing together jasmine, yuzu, and pomelo in a truly unique experience!
