Lychee Rose

Two layers of fluffy chiffon are filled with rose cream and juicy lychee pieces, with a chewy milk mochi centre. The top half features 15 delicate crepe layers layered with lychee cream and finished with rose jelly. The result? A refreshing, elegant, and just a little bit romantic combination.
