All fillings & mooncake skins are 100% housemade. 
While we individually seal each mooncake with airtight packaging, they do have a limited shelf life as no preservatives are used. 

Snowskin mooncakes need to be refrigerated in an airtight environment. They are best consumed chilled. For optimal texture, we recommend enjoying them within 3 days.
