This Mother’s Day, celebrate the queen in your life with a cake as beautiful and unique as she is. We’ve crafted a hybrid Mochi-filled Cheesecake x Choux Puff Cake that’s equal parts elegant and indulgent — just like Mum.

- Cookie/brownie base
- Velvety Basque cheesecake
- A layer of strawberry jam
- A layer of chewy mochi
- Light, ‘not-too-sweet’ fresh cream
- Topped with a ring of strawberry cream-filled choux puffs

The cake is finished with seasonal florals and cream décor in a colour of your choice (matched with your pick up of your choice)

This is a 4-inch Basque cheesecake, but with the addition of choux puffs and cream décor, it presents a 6-inch cake — perfect for 4-6 people to enjoy together.
