Why Fankery?

Our Fankery icon of a stylised Chinese character is a subtle reference to my Family name 'Fan'.

Food is our love language and not only does it bring people together, it creates memorable experiences. It warms us dearly seeing people enjoy what we pour our hearts and souls into. Each recipe we develop stems from a connection to my childhood. Holding our Asian heritage close to our hearts, we hope to help our customers enjoy and adventure into unique Asian-fusion flavours and baked goods that are made from scratch.
